Application:
- This product enhances the wet rub fastness of reactive dyes and is suitable for dyeing or printing processes involving direct dyes and reactive turquoise blue.
- It improves the fastness to soap washing, perspiration, rubbing, ironing, and light exposure for reactive-dyed or printed materials.
Brief Usage Instructions:
1. Process Parameters:
Dilute the color fixative with water at a 1:1 ratio.
Color fixative dosage: 2%–3% (o.w.f)
Fixing temperature: 50–70°C
Time: 15–20 minutes
pH value:
5.5–6.5
2. Process Flow:
Dyeing → Washing (→ Soaping → Washing) → Fixing → Washing → Other Finishing Treatments
3. Precautions:
- Thoroughly rinse with clean water before fixing to prevent residue from affecting fixation results;
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after fixing to avoid impacting subsequent processes;
- pH levels affect both fixation efficiency and fabric color appearance; adjust accordingly based on actual conditions;
- Increasing fixative dosage and temperature enhances fixation, but excessive levels may cause color changes;
- Factories should conduct sample testing and adjust specific processes based on actual conditions to achieve optimal fixation results.
